Bio
Ilyssa Silverman is a doctoral student in the SDSU / UC San Diego Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology.
Areas of Specialization
My primary research interest is in the development of interventions aimed at improving cognitive and functional outcomes in adults with neurodegenerative diseases, psychosis, brain injury, and other complex psychiatric or neurological symptomatology. I am also interested in factors (e.g., biomarkers, environmental influences) that may moderate the effects of intervention on cognition, symptoms, and overall functioning.
